App is OK-ish, service is terrible. The whole selling point is delivering medications at home. However, they have never delivered on time my daily medications, except the first delivery.

No English support. Makes it almost impossible to make use of the app and benefit from it. Almost all Dutch apps can now be changed to English so not sure why they don't support it.

Unreliable! I ordered my meds 15 days ago. One of them is a standard prescription pain medication. I have still not received it, despite calling all week, being promised priority shipping etc. It should have arrived today. However, I received a (prescribed) medication I didn't order. The phone lines keep going to voicemail and my messages remain unanswered. Guess I'm not the only chronically ill person in pain who gets milked for cash, but treated like I'm just asking for moisturizer samples.
