I'm using Medicalog to keep track of my kids' conditions and Medications, especially when treating them at home and they are all sick. Con-the entries come under a date, but without a time stamp. I have to add the times of the medication given manually as a note.

Great app! Super easy to use and look at history. My daughter has an immune deficiency, and gets sick quite often. It is very difficult to remember every symptom and how often she gets sick. This helps me accurately the report symptoms and illnesses to the doctors.

You can't add notes without upgrading, which is kind of a basic feature. I want to simply mark if they are healthy or sick for the day. If they are sick then second level would be something like "has a sore throat", or fever. I don't want to look through a list of 50 illness to find fever. It just didn't work for me.

Does not work! I upgraded to full version in order to get full benefit of the app. Will not let me add any medications. Have to scroll through a huge list of obscure diseases just to get to something simple like fever.

Great idea, sucky app. This app would be awesome - if it worked. It won't allow you to add your own treatments or symptoms even though they provide a box to do so, there's not a way to actually enter it. It doesn't show what you've entered on the saved page for added treatments. It Froze at first use.

You take the time to fill in the info. Then you need to pay to put notes in. After you are done, and you try to access the info to look at it, you can't. You have two choices and both are to add extra info. Where's the info I already added ? Do not waste your time with this app
