I use all Down Dog apps (HIIT, barre, Pilates, yoga) but the meditation app is the one that helps me the most. I love the fact that you can custom your practice (type, duration, goals, voice, music).

It's annoying that the counting sometimes stops and then when it restarts I'm always off, which doesn't help to calm me down. I tend to be worried the whole time if I'm counting at the right speed. So a toggle which enables continuous counting would be essential for me.
