Choosing a date first, or a clinic, without choosing a doctor would be useful (for example I need an urgent consult, whatever clinic /doctor, ASAP) would be great, thank you!

Is there an issue with the app? It says there are no specialization available for appointments. Will this be fixed soon? I went through all the basic troubleshooting but no effect.

It's impossible to make an appointment for the first available doctor. You have to go throw all the clinics, all the doctors and check when each of them has availability and note the dates in a separate document and afterward check manually when is the first available spot. I prefer to call in call center than using the app. Also, the UI is not friendly at all, and it's looking like an app from 10 years ago

There is needed more information in your app regarding: - that you have special costs for different Medlife clinics whish are not specified when we make an appointment. - Receptions from your clinics don't have access to the list of your clients and services from Medlife atonement, and they don't inform us if there is any additional cost. - is missing the visibility of a list of services according to the Medlife atonement in your app. Also, the link between supplementary costs vs appointments.
