I ordered medicines from Med Plus, and the executive told me that we can return the medicine within one month. Now when ask for exchange of medicine, they say that we have 15 days time & I have to visit the nearest store for that. First of all, there should be no problem in exchange, I am not asking for any refund. Moreover, if a person has ordered online then why would one visit the store, when ordered online, every procedure should be online. Will never order from them again. Nonsense policies
