★★☆☆☆ App crashes after waiting, every time. When restarted, it offers to let you "rejoin" the appointment in progress, but this will cause it to crash again.
★★☆☆☆ I downloaded this app while trying to get a telehealth appointment for my sick child. I got all of my info entered and got in line for a visit with a provider. When the provider tried to connect and start the appointment, the app started quitting repeatedly. I'd sign back in and try to resume the appointment, but then it would quit again. This went on until the provider cancelled the appointment. This happened two more times. I'd give this a zero if I could. UTTER GARBAGE
★★☆☆☆ I would give this app and its service a -5, if I could. The "providers" never want to provide any treatment for simple illness such as sinusitis, bronchitis, or conjunctivitis. Their "solution" is to wait and do another appointment if symptoms persist or worsen even if you have waited with symptoms for 10 days... it's a costly joke. It seems they have a set protocol of first denying treatment. Don't waste your time or money. Med star, you need to do better.
