I have ordered fish on this Sunday (order no : 128398), but I haven't received my order, still they haven't refunded my amount also. Even not able to contact anyone in this app. Very bad experience.

Very worst experience. After one hour of wait received call from dunno saying your order is cancelled. But the App was still showing processing. The dunno person who called was not polite. Without product availability why to confirm the order.

Very, Very bad customer support. No response to the complaint raised. If the ordered item is out of stock during delivery, customer is not receiving any notification, we come to know only at the time of delivery and not giving refund at all too. This is happening not the first time. We can't expect such an irresponsible service from this site... Hope the Authorities will take necessary actions for solving these issues.
