★★☆☆☆ - inferior technical state compared to the prior app (which was the worst I've been using prior to this "improved" one) - this caused a delay for the D-Ticket launch, leaving students with considerable extra cost - log-in impossible without contacting support - wasted hours trying to do the former - error shown without details, leaving support unable to provide information - AVV obligates use of app (no cash in buses, e-Tickets and Ermäßigungsticket not available otherwise) - no responsibility
