Changed 1-star rating to 5 stars. 2 months ago I purchased annual membership for 85e, however after the recent update the membership was gone and I was asked to pay 40e for the service again. After reaching out to Mental UP customer support I received a reply on the same day and my issue was fixed. I apologize for rating the app 1 star without addressing the issue first. As for the app - it provides entertainment and education for the children at our daycare center. Great app with lots of games

Frustrating. Every game I manage to get on we have to pay in gems or gold. How can we do this if we don't have enough? If I can't play the games I cant earn gems and to play the games its asking for GEMS and gold coins!!! Is this an SCAM!!! I've paid for the full years subscription and I cant get on to the games. I'm just going back and forth here. What do we do?
