★★★★★ I would like the feature of being able to rate the delivery driver as well as the restaurant. Some drivers still have good old customer service skills while others just deliver it in front of a security wire door which opens outward and is blocked by the delivery.

★★★★★ All deliveries I make (even when it's not peak delivery hours). It usually takes an hour or more than the app advises for orders to arrive. I have also had incidents where nothing I ordered was delivered but the restaurants data said it was delivered. I don't say this to be Horrible, or be a Karen, I'm not angry, but it's an observation. Other than that, I appreciate your service 😊 thank you.

★★☆☆☆ This has to be the WORST delivery app ever.! Drivers are always late.always, also they never follow the instructions given, never! I can never contact the driver assigned to the delivery and the app itself has no real time update about food got delivered. There were times when it said driver is on the way until the very next morning. "Pathetic" is one of the words to describe if not many, for this app in Sydney, Australia. Perhaps Menu log could have spent money elsewhere then their stupid advert

★★☆☆☆ First few times you use this app they'll deliver your order in less than 30 minutes but after that it feels more like they've started giving your orders to the sketchy drivers, so you're waiting hours or even days for your food. They'll refund but not till it's been a few days. And then if the driver goes offline (so not traceable by the app) for all you know they've parked on the side of the road are munching on your order. Also, they charge more compared to Uber Eats and DoorDash
