Worst app experience ever and that is if you are lucky enough to even be able to log in. Update 8/24. Recent updates have made the app more stable and accessible, however the occasional issue with being able to log in is still present.

The app is horribly slow at launching each time and doesn't remain active for long in the background. One time I was al out at a restaurant and the order got auto-reassigned to someone else. Super bad experience for both the customer and the delivery rider. Way more steps than Uber or DoorDash to go online and stay active. Nowhere near as many orders. Restricted to 1 zone and not in the CBD. Chat support is very slow and not insightful when issues arise like what to do with leftover food when.

Less money / no boost extra money for driver and take more commission for themselves, shame on you Menu log
