★★★★★ A good app that was much better before 2020. If they can stop changing fees around every year, it'll be better. 10% flat fees as a seller and no buyer fees were the best.

★★★★★ Generally good experience with selling and buying - only ghosted by a seller once and the money was returned by Mercaris - but really wish it could show you total price with shipping instead of having to click on each item and seeing varying numbers.

★★☆☆☆ Done selling on Mercaris. I tolerated the selling fee which is understandable for using the site, but they have been robbing the buyers lately with extra fees that are their fault. They use AI to calculate weight, I measured shoes at 2 lbs, and they charge me always 100 dollars this week saying my shoes were 3 lbs! Those shoes were no 3 lbs, don't get robbed with these fees. Switch to depot with no fees

★★☆☆☆ Basically every seller is a scam artist. Customer service is terrible and rude. Just use ebay. This app is no good. I'm out over $200 cause of scams on this app. William in customer service confirmed with me that sellers and buyers can leave whatever reviews they'd like, even if they are inaccurate and lies, and Mercaris won't take it down. I got mailed an empty box by Summer McCarry, accused of lying by her. Mercaris then released my payment and accused me of lying as well. What an app.
