★★★★★ Amazing apps to remote control the Benz. Amazing new technology. Recently the apps keep stopping. Pls fix it.

★★★★★ Even better if the app allows owner to make and service appointment directly from the app. A reminder to all second hand owner that the previous car owner can see where you are parking, open the windows and unlock the doors until you reports to your MB dealer, who will then refresh the Mercedes Me App registration ownership.

★★★★★ Easy to use, good features... still, there is a lot of catch-up to do to be comparable to the Tesla app (i.e. Mobile app for keyless entry and ability to remotely control the car)

★★★★★ The Mercedes Me App was working fine until it crashed since 4 Feb 2022 and finally the issue has been fixed on 17 Feb. (Android version). Thanks!!

★★☆☆☆ The app suddenly frozen, even I locked, the app shows unlock I plug the cable to charge, the app shows the cable not connect. Very disappointed

★★☆☆☆ App crashes when you open it, rendering it unusable. Issue persists even after multiple fresh installations. Judging from other reviews, it seems frequent crashing is a common issue. Its doubtful users would want to take time out of their days to call hotlines to help troubleshoot the app. It would be preferred instead if developers could first work towards a stable release of the app before Mercedes markets this app's usage, to prevent marring the brand with such a poor user experience.

★★☆☆☆ Anyone considering buying a Mercedes in HK should stop here and look at another car. Clunky interface, map feature is barely functional. The appalling state of this app alone will probably stop me from buying another Mercedes vehicle. Absolutely horrid.
