Don't EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! After my husband died in acar accident management changed they have been snooty&disrespectful &I've overlooked it until I had them cancel a lost carjacked for another they said no, though u pay for new ones. Because I misplaced 2 after his death twice the chip didn't work in 1. I cried&said I'd call the main office&ask for mercy, so they closed my account. Said I was cussing&screaming I said I knew that wasn't on tape bc it's a lie! Thinking about getting a lawyer
