The games itself is like most merge games I've played.once an egg is introduced if you don't get enough in the event then you have to buy it for a crazy amount. Also, right now there's a mystery dragon on my screen with an arrow that won't go away no matter what and I can't play bc of it!

I've played this game for a while now, and I love it. I like how it looks and cute the characters are. I try to play this and a couple other games to get my brain stimulating.

You keep making the game worse. I have multiple fairy merchants that spawn at once and have to move them out of the way because they'll "follow" me on the map. Also, the star "bubble" spam when you open a chest or bubble is ridiculous. I'm not going to collect them because you keep the reward behind a paywall. If I EARN a reward it should be GIVEN! You just want our money. EDIT: this game STEALS your merges during events! Merges grab items nearby (NOT adjacent) and mass merges them! RIP OFF!

I have played this for years, but recently there has been no level upgrades, the events are the same few repeated every week (and are impossible to complete without paying for gems) and the weekly/monthly challenges crash, and you lose all your rewards. Final straw is when my game crashed today and I had to re-install it, I lost months of work and money spent. I'm just so fed up, this used to be fun and reliable, but clearly the developers have given up on it. Time to delete.

I've been playing this game for years, and it was a great game till this last update erased my whole account even my backup data got erased. Been trying to get a hold of customer service for the last 4 days to get it fixed I have dropped way over $1,000 in this game and I just lost all of it, and they don't seem to care. Want to try and upload my data from the cloud let's work before, and it's not even there everything is just 00. Don't waste your money cuz you're not going to get help.
