Really easy to use. You can book a taxi for there and then or pre-book, and it's still equally as easy, either way. It gives you all the info you'll need on your driver when your trip is scheduled. The fares are decent and not too expensive, also.

Ordered a taxi today at 08:20, and it said it was 6 mins away, and I would arrive at 08:40. The taxi didn't even turn up until 08:55! This has made me severely late for an appointment and completely ruined my day. Thanks, Metro Taxis. I can see why my son tells me to use Uber instead.

Find this app disgusting to find out that it takes 10% off every driver's fare when used isn't on at all. Will be deleting this and using the normal phone in way.

Worst taxi app of all time, never gets the right address of where I am and then can't even find where you want to go when you set the destination. Its poorly designed and needs a lot of work if anything it completely puts me off ordering metro

Was charged £1.01 to add my card to app. When it came to using the app said no taxis available. Ended up phoning metro anyway so app seems like a waste of time.
