Has the potential to be a good app, when it eventually works properly, but the route planning is currently a bit hit-and-miss. In particular, at least for my vehicle, it requires that I set state of charge to 100% before offering a route, when I know there are sites I could reach with a lower starting charge. I've revised this review as the initial problems I experienced appear to have been resolved, and the developers should be congratulated for the way they are responding to feedback.

It doesn't register with available charging stations. I was at the charging bay ready to charge, but the app would not recognize any free bays. Poor. Used a card to pay in the end. Rubbish app London garages very expensive to use as well.

Horrible experience, tried charging my BMW first time, as per the instructions I downloaded app. It asked me to register for payment method and took my card details. It then asked for 40 pounds pre-authorization and took money from the bank. Unfortunately, the app crashed and there was no transaction history despite my bank account clearly showing the transaction. I then had to charge without app manually, paying by contactless method. All helplines are closed due to public holiday!!!

VERY expensive. At 79p kWh MFG Connect are the most expensive car chargers I've used. First charging experience with MFG was ok, make sure to select the charger in app BEFORE plugging in the cable, otherwise you'll have to unplug and start again or try paying via contactless. Hopefully app updates can solve this. Close to 150kW speeds and 6 charge points to use which is excellent. Shame won't be using MFG again due to the high price. Greedy company. Many more affordable charging options around.

Car Wash Club at Brighton Mill Road has nothing to scan barcode at the credit card post. So unable to register wash.
