Without customer support. Even their stores recommend you to use another company. Digi es una empress horrible y Espinosa. They sent me a sim card, but I had never received the sim card. Their customer support activated that sim card by themselves, now they are charging my account for the sim card that I have never had.

The worst nightmare, today I change my password, tomorrow it won't recognize me. I don't know what UGLY MANEUVER THEY WANT TO DO, but I think it's ILLEGAL to steal SOMETHING every time we access PERSONAL data. SUDDENLY FORGOT PASSWORD WAIT FOR GOOD MINUTES UNTIL a confirmation SMS arrives, change the password AGAIN and THEN wait another good few minutes for another confirmation code to come to you. Do something, it's not normal to destroy our brains like this!!!

Slow loading and not user-friendly. When trying to recharge my balance the progress is lost when going to the banking app to approve the payment. The Digi app just reload from the start. The sites are mostly Spanish even when you switch the language selector to English. It's a nightmare to find information, and you are sent into site after site which are only available in Spanish. The app is also just a web view of their website, and it's really frustrating to use.
