Broken/fake. It shows prompts making you think you only have to sit through one ad, but it continues to cycle unskippable ads until you close the app or it kicks you for trying to skip. Waste of time. Don't download. Update: Got it to work after sitting through about 2 minutes of ads. Then it just takes you to a browser verion of dall e mini. Why is this allowed on the play store?
