The new update looks great, but since the last month I have an issue to redirect back to the app after the payment with mobile Pay, the card payment didn't even work. And when I am trying to open a special ticket, like a ticket to the airport, and it's not valid yet that app is crashing

It's never working to buy a ticket. Today I was charged 4 times for a ticket, and it doesn't appear in the app. Also, the process of buying a ticket takes a long time, and it's annoying considering how strict they are with the fines here.

Revised review—from 2 to 1 stars. Can't buy a transit ticket—the app just hangs forever before I get to the zone selection—so I'm paying through the nose for single tickets twice a day, and I'll be more than a little surprised (but pleasantly so) if Midttrafik will refund the difference. It also hangs after buying a single trip ticket when it would normally display the ticket, but restarting the app makes the ticket appear... And still no notification when your pass is about to expire...

Extremely slow purchase delay of 10-30min loading for transit ticket (might not work at all) and instant for ticket card purchases. Just malicious work for boosting revenue from people. The developer who leads the work on current release needs to be fired and stripped of his car owner, so he could experience this dumpster 🔥. Edit: zones in question are Aarhus all 3.
