My experience is positive. Works as described with no connection issues to report despite the router being on the other side of the house. Whether it is better than other alternatives I can't comment, but it does work, at least for me.

The app itself is well-structured and easy to manage. The only flaw in the system is the thermostat that does not have a lit display. Also, The graphs on the information tab are very inaccurate: The temperature values on the top bar do not match those in the graph. Consumption by week or month should also be shown, Rather than leaving it to the user to do the summation. A good example is provided by Daikin

It's been a very good experience with the app. I have been using the app for more than a year now. Where I will like fixing is simplifying the app more. Not everyone can be able to work things out on the app. Manual set point (where the boiler automatically starts on its own) is mine headache. It's not easy to fix with the app.

Does not and has not ever worked on any phone and now my control has stopped working the one hope I had of any heating will not connect. Never worked when I first moved in and doesn't work now.

Absolute rubbish on Android phones. Won't connect to Migo communications unit. Migo works on apple phones & ipads, but the android phone won't connect, even with a brand-new top of the range phone!!!!

The former, original app stopped working. Design was way from perfect, but partly better than this one. The "desired" temperature graph (in "boiler operation") is fully gone. No comparison with real temperature anymore, thus no control of programming. In fact, the graph serves almost nothing. Really stupid. Only improvement, the access to the hot water temperature is easier. And, this app is not usable with the tablet any more (android 5) left at home for use by other people. Stupid also.
