★★★★★ Sharing MBs works like a charm. From main number (in my case: eSIM) to data SIM. When not using my device with data SIM, I can easily move back the shared MBs to my main number.

★★☆☆☆ Very poor practices. I applied for a mobile contract when the connection fee was waved. Everything was approved, and the courier went to my house, but I was away. He never tried to come back again and KPN cancelled the contract. I then went to their office to finally get the contract and sim card. They provided ut but charged me 25 eur for the connection. That's cheating really.

★★☆☆☆ I'm trying to understand the motivation behind the ux on this app. One month its 2 clicks for extra data bundle, next month is 6 for the same service. In addition, is being very unstable lately with data failing to be fetched semi consistently in the evenings

★★☆☆☆ You can block the direct debit yourself, remember that it must eventually be paid and that KPN will send you a message. Go to Service > all options > direct debit > direct debit overview > Press block kpn now they cannot debit money from your account.

★★☆☆☆ Update1: I can see my invoice, I click on "view payment options" and it's blank. Update2: I would give 0 stars because I can't pay my invoice or change my account details. Uninstalling it. Update3:The invoice is not expired-it's from 22.10. I tried changing my card details, the app does not memorize them. The app is linked to my subscription, since it's on email/phone number. I will pay my invoices with the link from the emails since the app doesn't work and I will uninstall it.
