We would use the children's meditations on this app to help him relax himself into a calm sleep state. It was such a blessing. Now that my eldest is older he is dealing with the anxieties, anger and stress that start to filter in during the pre-teen years, so hopefully this will help again, and hopefully it helps others too.😊

★★☆☆☆ I used to love this app but since my rediscovery this summer, it often crashes, pauses MEDITATIONS for no reason, makes my entire malfunction if I try to use it for more than 3 minutes. Great meditations but the app itself is trash. Fix it so people can enjoy it as it was intended.

★★☆☆☆ A mindful One-star because you cannot pause audio. It starts back at the beginning instead. A mindful four-star for the content.
