It's an excellent app, but although it has free sessions first, then for enjoy of more, you should buy, but the sessions are very Promising, and still if you don't buy, you can have a free session or a free respiration and the first 10 sessions of Initiation that are very cool, and they are about 10 minutes each, are free and since my opinion they can be listened more than only one time.

I'm with the starting guided meditation, and it's stupid how much the voice is talking, I can't even do 2 full breaths without being sermoned. Is there something else more calm and quiet? That lets me sit through sensations?

My app language has just turned into Spanish by itself and there is no Language and Region settings that I can find to change it back to English. Please help.
