★★★★★ Hello, I found out about the app "Mind Mastery" after listening to Jody Michael on the podcast "How to Be Awesome at Your Job", and I'd like to use it but one part of it is unclear to me. It asks me to enter if my state is Anabolic or Catabolic. I do not understand what this means in terms of mental health. Can someone help to clarify this, and also update the app tutorial to make this clear for other users?

★★☆☆☆ Notifications don't work. I turned them on in apps settings and the app but don't get any notifications. Workaround was to get the random reminders app and use that. Concept behind this app is great but without notifications working it's not that useful.
