★★★★★ I got in to Mind shine after being a regular listener to the Better Begins In The Mind Podcast. I have been practicing meditation for over a decade, but I still benefit from guided breath work exercises in the app I decided to build a more structured morning routine, by waking up earlier and filling my day with mindful activities to get me started - Mighty Mornings & the Journal ling prompts. I really benefit from the Mood Tracker too - it helps me see variables that contribute/hinder my happiness.

★★★★★ This app has really helped me to feel more positive. There are lots of tools and pieces of handy advice.

★★☆☆☆ App is basically free to download, but you have to pay (minimum) $35/month or $90 a year to access any of the sessions, coaching or tools.

★★☆☆☆ This app which carries a 7-day trial subscription and google play store in its infinite wisdom has chosen to hide it and I envisage being charged a fortune when the trial ends its quite galling that you seek to profiteer from my having unwittingly installed this app

★★☆☆☆ I read somewhere this was a great app. I downloaded it, and it was weeks before I had time to open and look at it. The first thing it does is force you to create an account with them, then draws you in with hopeful promises "what's wrong, we can help, yada, yada" Then once you reveal the pain you want to work on, the next page is a subscription. $30 bucks! For an app to nag me about 'finding my happy place' No, thanks.
