★★★★★ This time its much improved that I can book clinic appt. Jus got flu again have to see doc, it's good that can manually type in my details. Then not stuck on login. Keep it up

★★☆☆☆ The app requires me to update it but after multiple tries it is unable to install the update. I will not be able to access my health report

★★☆☆☆ Booked and paid for health screening service on their website. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told to download their app because I need to click a button on the app. 1) you don't need your customers to download an app even for health screening. Consent and agreements can well be done in a web browser. 2) app asks for too much access. Location, audio, access to files on your device etc.? I'll go to another clinic for my annual health screening in the future.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot book telecons and cannot assess the help center through app

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't really work well for me, because of some bugs. I had to use it for a health screening at NUS that I wanted to do, and I was e-mailed by minmed to do an online doctor consultation afterward. Then suddenly, to join the call I needed some documents that I didn't have. Also, the doctor couldn't hear me and told me to rejoin, but I couldn't. I think the app is not in a production-ready state yet.
