I'm very skeptical of mobile service providers. I've been taken to the cleaners by all of them. Even the" govt" phone providers, probably the worst of them. With Mint, I can honestly say they are honest. You get 100% of what you pay for. Very reliable service at nowhere near the cost. $180 for the whole year and much better service. Don't let the other companies tell you it's tower issues or something else. I've had ZERO issues, and I've been all over the country with this phone and service.

Tried mint for my gmas phone after her paying for T-Mobile for close to 15 years. They charged a senior citizen who doesn't know the word internet, 65 bucks for unlimited data, also a plan including subscriptions to stream services she didn't know about, and talked her into buying 2 new phones, both times, forgetting to mention a 40-month payment plan. So fed up, I did the math, switching her phone service to Mint will save her well over $550 a year. No BS. Kept her # and phone. THANKS, MINT! <3

I love the service I hate the customer service, everything is done through the app which means if you have a question or a problem that is slightly out of the ordinary you have no real recourse. At one point I couldn't connect to a mobile network, and I wasn't sure if it was a problem with the cell tower I was trying to connect to or a problem with my account. Because I couldn't connect to the internet there was no way for me to figure out what was going on with my account.

What's with the authenticator app you're asking me to download to access my account? Do your customers really need another tracker app?! Your MINT app did not generate a QR code for me to connect to your Twily or Google authenticator. It logged me out and after entering my valid pw (trying to renew), it keeps asking for this BLOODY authenticator code I cannot freaking get!

I loved it for the first three months of the contract when I had the Unlimited Data plan. However, I never used more than 2–3 GB of data. Strangely, now that the plan has changed to a 5 GB limit, my usage appears to be higher than before. The thing is, I mostly use Wi-Fi at home and don’t rely much on mobile data when I’m out—just checking emails or responding on WhatsApp. It feels like the data consumption doesn’t match my actual usage.
