★★★★★ Mitterrand keeps getting better every time I use it. I like staying in properties owned and managed by other gay men.

★★★★★ Found a great rental in Joshua Tree for a getaway weekend, Feb 2024. Really appreciate knowing that we are welcomed as gay clientele by the owners. The app worked fine on my side. The host said it seemed a little glitchy on his side, but we communicated fine. I also previously found a great stay and host in Turkey in 2018, my first time using Mister.

★★★★★ Great way to meet more of the gay community and keep them safe. Make other connections, acquaintances, and friendships along the way. Having a mister B & B is a great place for your guests to feel at home, especially if you are a clothing optional and live naked, indoors as well as outdoors.

★★★★★ Having booked with MisterBnB a couple of times now I must say I'm very satisfied with the service. Contact with support has also been helpful and satisfactory. However, the app itself has a lot of bugs here and there. I hope MisterBnB will continue improving it.

★★★★★ Warning. They have built a hidden premium subscription to their social media "Weere" into their checkout process. I'm fairly vigilant about catching these, but somehow missed this one. Signs you up for a free trial, and then you are later charged for a 3-month subscription. Within minutes of my card being charged, I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund from customer service. Customer service denied my request for a refund for the days not used of this premium subscription.

★★☆☆☆ We had a host cancel with only 7 days notice and were only offered a $25 voucher (limited to use within 20 km near the original bookings' location) to help substitute the cost of the change. Considering the average price has inflated by several hundred $ since we first booked, it really doesn't do anything to help (and as is a voucher, tries to limit us to have to use mrbnb) The host had poor communication, and accepted another booking over ours which was already confirmed/paid. Just use airbnb.

★★☆☆☆ I hit cancel on a booking before it was confirmed because the host did not respond within 12 hours. It did not cancel. I canceled another booking the day before for the same reason. This time there was a tech issue on their end. I do not have notifications on, so I was surprised to log back in and see messages from the host. The host and MisterBnB refused to refund and acknowledge the situation even though I showed them an airbnb booking before the host replied. Horrible first experience.

★★☆☆☆ Limited customer support. People respond slow or not at all. And the filters will not allow you to avoid hotels. 90% of listings are straight (buga) hotels.

★★☆☆☆ Charged me for a subscription to Weere that I never authorized, and then have no ability to contact support without activating a profile. Complete scam.
