Went to enroll as a new user and asked to agree to the terms and conditions. When I open the term and conditions, which you are forced to do, it doesn't allow you to go back to the enrollment page or proceed from that page. I emailed the support link and got a response email saying that the mailbox they have listed for support doesn't exsist.

App is down and not working part of the time. I use google chrome and have had numerous problems with logging in. I swear it's the app, that it isn't recognizing my password. And I know I've typed it in correctly, and system doesn't recognize password as being correct. I go to change it and it throws me into loop. I cannot reset and have to end up calling bank numerous times to have them reset password. I've been told by bank that we (members) have to call to get fixed. Such a waste oftime
