An option to pause your subscription longer than one month, is absent. Germany overall is a great country with friendly people. On the downside: Way too many people smoke like mad, on most railroad stations (E.g. Düren, Cologne Hbf. Even on the waiting platforms) and everywhere in tourist attractions, destinations and city centers (E.g. Cologne, again). Secondhand smoke is toxic and damaging to non-smoking bystanders. It's not just about Klimaschütz... Lungschütz, is almost completely absent.

Scam website do not trust. They take your money even when you're not using the service. They have been harassing me for payments for the service that I never used. Also, big problems with cancelling the subscription on the website resulting in having to pay for the next month with no refund or customer service from mopla.

Bought my Deutschland ticket from them, however, it was not possible to scan it in the train and I received a €60 fine ..... highly NOT RECOMMENDED

Tried buying a ticket through sepa method, followed all the steps and paid but was only charged €1 and redirected to payment method. Tried again, with same result. Didn't bother trying with credit card or PayPal afterward.
