The idea with EEZY TICKET is good, but there's a technical problem. When confirming the payment via bank app's notification (instead of opening it from the main screen) mobil.nrw gets stuck on "check in". The money get blocked, but a ticket is not issued; money get released only after 2 days.

Poorly executed app. Pumps up the brightness to 100 percent and makes it impossible to use in nighttime. Shows wrong connections and highly unreliable in finding the correct train since it can't search even for Hauptbahnhof! What a scandal.

The app started to forget my login. Cannot book eezy ticket anymore starting from today. The app says I need to log in again. Logoff and login did not help. Reinstall too. Very buggy app

Why another ugly app for NRW? Why do I have to create another account? One app for whole NRW would be enough. With the money you (we!) would have saved, it could become actually easy to use and useful in general. This looks like early 2000 and has a terrible user experience. And it's slow.

The worst app every in terms of UI and understanding. I purchased the "4er ticket" (4 tickets in bulk) and paid €11 for it, but the app keeps asking me for money again if I select any stop on that route area.
