My phone registered with o2 is not compatible and I am not able to download and use the app. However, the app has appeared on my EE phone (different number) as though that phone is registered to o2 which it isn't. Crazy o2

Live chat isn't even on my o2 so can not talk to anyone about the problems I have with an invalid mmi code that has just started happening after having my phone for over A year and it working. Tried the AI chat and it's rubbish!

The app could be better to navigate. Sometimes too many things to click on to get to what I need. Also, when I want to check extra charges on my bills, it has never been available until after my bills have been produced. Why not let people see what they have spent extra before their bills are produced, so they know what extra they are paying for beforehand
