I was going to update this, but can't sign in again. This time it won't allow my to put in my username. (6/27/22) Goes to "we've updated our security" page, which has no links or ways to create account or sign in. Went to zego to look for info, none to be had. Deleted app, reinstalled, which crashed when opening. Went to settings to show on top, which had to turn on or app would not start. It was working fine, at least up until April 1st, the last time I pulled up the app.

Downloaded the app, and it will not let me create an account. Keep saying failed to log in and sign in was not authorized. Now I see I'm not the only one having problems. This app is a headache 😩

Got this app mainly to pay rent. Used it for 2 months (with issues, taking long to load, making me sign in 3–4 times, not having an amount due to pay listed, etc.) and now won't work at all. I click pay rent, and it starts like it's loading then crashes, and I get an android message that the app is crashing and has to close. Waited a few days hoping maybe it was a maintenance issue, still same thing. I can't even use it. Everything I click on crashes the app and shuts it down continuously. Waste

Mobile Doorman isn't letting me log in anymore. It doesn't recognize my username or password, which I know is correct. Will not send a reset verification link to my email on file for me to be able to even reset my pw. I deem this a useless app. Doesn't work.
