Easy to use, there's a message feature where you can send the bank a message about your account, and they'll have someone message you back. I've found during business hours, they rely on very quickly sometimes with a few minutes. I love that feature

The card management doesn't work. If fact you can't even delete the old cards. And when you do get a new card it is seldom attached to the account. No customer service on the weekends either. Just when people go to pay bills and make purchases. The apps poor performance is probably related to the banks poor performance.

Won't update transactions, it worked well then one day just quit updating transactions. I can go to the banks' website with Firefox browser without any issues, but the website won't work with Chrome either.
