The app works again which is a big plus 😉 when bundle is expired, the widget is totally useless though. I'd love to see the remaining credits instead of only "your bundles have expired" Update: just a decent response like this deserves an extra star. Looking forward to the update.

That's Viking for saying this app is pretty sweet. I'm most pleased with an excellent English translation throughout every aspect of their service. As with everything MV develops, the design and usability is amazing, there are no nuisances, it's all what it needs to be. Kudos to the entire team and a wild 2020! Update since 2017: still feeling the same! 😉

Every time I try to use the app I get the message that there are server issues. I logged out but then can't log in anymore. Reinstalling the app doesn't help. Also, viking points are sometimes not awarded. Even if you claim them with proof attached, they are not a usable. I have 'claimed points' from 3 years ago.

I am disappointed in mobile vikings, the customer service has no ticketing reference, only works with replying to emails. When you send a new email, they mess up since several staff starts to work on the same case. I have been offline (mobile) for 5 days now, since I'm'waiting to be compensated (data) after my home internet was offline for 24h. Tomorrow I'll switch providers for this number. I have been very patient, and I can't be offline on my phone due to the speed MV treats helpdesk tickets.

I can remember a smartwatch app, ... has this functionality been removed? Also yet again, showing the remaining data before slowdown is more informative than an infinity symbol on the widget! At this point, the app is less useful than the website!
