Magnificent! I love this app, good quality and very reasonable prices, also shipping very fast! Wonderful customer service! When you order, it does say error, but the order has been placed, don't order again, or you'll have 2 orders. Edit: they fixed that bug that kept saying error, so now it's normal. But it has an option to make a favorites list, but it actually doesn't let you make one. Edit: 12/23. The clothes have gotten very ugly recently ... my favorite list disappeared, too.

Modalism in general is good website. They have great and chic hijab style. I've been purchasing clothes from modalism for over 6 years now. They have great designers and they use good materials. But, sometimes they send you the wrong item or u receive an item different from what it is seen in the picture or not as descripted at all.

The WORST! I ordered an evening gown with some accessories to match it for an occasion. My bill was over $200. I kept some of the accessories but wanted to return the dress and the rest of the accessories, but they wouldn't give me my money back, only partially refunded me for the accessories but never for the dress, whenever I reached out which took more than a month back and forth there only response is that they are inspecting the dress, Had to file a fraud with my CC in order to get my refund

SCAM The worst customer service ever, return policy is stupid shein is better than them, they send me 2 wrong item, they want me to pay for return while it's their fault their clothes is look bad in realty material is not good, I buy 2 same dresses same design same size, just different color one is fit good, the other one is big and longer than the other one, their measure size is not correct. Every thing about this website is bad : customer service, return policy, material.etc
