★★☆☆☆ I have bought many items from this company and was satisfied. However, I bought a dress for a wedding recently and it was too small. I ordered my right size. When I called Modlilly they refused to send me another size or my money back! They said it was a "flash" sale. What the heck does that mean? No return and no money back! What reputable company does that!! I won't buy from this company ever again. Very poor business practice!!

★★☆☆☆ I had a coupon and after submitting payment they changed total and took off coupon. Waiting refund. App deleted.

★★☆☆☆ The 5 Items did not arrive, paid extra for fast shipping too. Clicked on the "track" option, only for a "webpage not found" page to appear. Scammers! They offered $6 refund modily account credit only and keep saying the order is delayed. Do not waste your money. Unable to get a refund!
