Sump pump keeps stating disconnected from Wi-Fi and to reconnect. Won't stay connected however viewing my router it is connected to Wi-Fi and steady green. If I unplug it I still get critical notifications which I would not if it was not connected. After contacting Moen and receiving a whole new unit it was relayed to me to be an app issue. Fingers crossed it has been up for 2 days now. Update 2/15 still staying connected.

I have the Sump Pump monitor. Good so far but wish I could clear history. Also, instructions could be clearer about safe water level, I assume the sensor is to be positioned about 3 inches min above the higher backup sump pump shut off level. Also wish app had a temporary disable sensor option for when I service the sump pit as false alerts happen when something is in view of the sensor. Charts and next est. Runtime rounding down to the nearest hour (8:57 am is not really 8 am!) need better accuracy

It does not show current zone or anticipated run times. It also gets stuck on some schedules, with pauses, taking all day. Update: I have found that it doesn't show the current zone ruining. However, if you pause the current schedule, it will show it. I have also found that the schedule soak cycle is different from the zones soak. The two seem to conflict. Once the schedule soak (this seemed to ruin for a minute or two and then soak for a couple of minutes, and repeats). Use only zone soak.

Horrible transition from Sprinkle!!!!! Unable to get Moen controller connected to Wi-Fi. Called support and only open M-F....CRAZY! Sprinkle was flawless. The device MAC ID is not provided on device or in app which caused a significant setup delay. Update....initial issue is the app would not manually add the hidden SSID despite the option to do this. I had to broadcast SSID and it connected immediately. Also zone photos saved disappeared, and one zone changed to "someone else's photo" !!!

The app is buggy. Setting up sprinkler intervals such as every 3,4 etc. days is missing - basic feature. The usage tab for the sprinkler controller is totally off. If I run 1 zone it will say 0 zones completed the run. I have 9 Zones and If my schedule runs, it says completed 10 zones and adds some kind of ghost zone called -1. It is described that there is a coordination with Moen shut off valve that would not turn the water off during irrigation. Well, that feature is not available yet.
