Disappointing experience. We've been users for over 5 years and the past 6 plus months is constantly breaking not allowing you to upload photos, not rendering videos. We pay for three albums and definitely not getting our money's worth. The developer offered me a refund at one point but then ghosted me again, and I have to keep reaching out with minimal responses if any. I need to explore other options.

2023 update: videos and pictures are not rendering or being uploaded. I will change the review once this issue is fixed, but this has been an ongoing issue for 3 months now.
