This is the perfect app that makes transactions so easier and faster especially if you're an agent. But my problem is when you only need that particular agent SIM number internet connection. Can't use another SIM Internet connection. Work on that for us🙏

*Mtn needs to make the app great if they want their agents to download for faster transactions. One problem with this app is the log-in, which is too boring. The session expires when the app is not in operation, and it wouldn't be the problem, but the big issue here is that OTP, after you've entered your password to log in again, it delays and the time taken for the OTP to arrive can be compared to that of the manual operator. *The OTP is not necessary at all. Just a pin log in is enough.

This app needs to be updated. The following are some challenges 1. Customers do not receive messages when you buy airtime for them 2. The Pay to section doesn't have an agent and merchant 3. Not all agents can be sent momo via the pay to 4. The app normally informs you to relog in after sending momo to agents, and when this happens, it shows the agent number you sent the money to at the login section instead of your number and if you don't care and enter your pin continuously it will block
