The last time I visited the app it had a lot of issues. Especially slow, bad interface, image loading problem. It was a very bad experience. But this time I ran the apps again. Recent updates have resulted in smooth, fast loading, and category list, and menu options are nicely arranged. Still, many problems remain. It would be good if the authority works on them. Especially the interface color is very bad. A glassy transparent theme can be brought to the interface. Image loading needs to be smooth & fast.

Bad experience. Totally rubbish. - No live customer support through chat. - Refund system is very poor. - Delivery time and navigation are same as refund system. - Don't care about customer service. - Less shop, less option and so on... Need huge improvement.

This app need huge improvement. Some of them are mentioned below: 1. Home button doesn't take up after a scroll. 2. Notification section seldom works 3. No live chat option with customer service 4. Trying wish listing a product yakes to login page, shortly can not wishlist any product 5. Can't ask seller any question, option is not there 6. Review arrow below product profile doesn't take to review section 7. Can't zoom in product photo

Prices are too high compared to other ecommerce in Bangladesh. And UI is also not up to the mark. If you can't compete with Daraz then you won't be able to get the online market of Bangladesh.
