They are very useless. Requesting for too many documents. People that are using them shouldn't get carried away because very soon they will be asking you for proof of your income. The moment you make a transfer close to €900 or £800 within a month then be expecting them to ask for your proof of income which is very ridiculous.

Completely a failure. I opened an account with them on 18.10.22 as per the lawyer's recommendation. They said the card will arrive within 12-15 business days, and so I did wait, passed the deadline it didn't arrive, they said they will resend, wait for 12–15 days again, passed the deadline again, the card didn't arrive. So now 3rd time, they said they will resend the card. My bills and online orders are being delivered at home without any problem. Very disappointed with their system.
