★★☆☆☆ Morrison's more card. Have not been able to access this on my phone now since 18/12/23. Have made numerous phone calls, email, been into customer services in-store, contacted head office. Can't log in, get no verification code sent and nobody sorts the problem for you. Missing offers, missing extra points and can't check that points are being added. Keep telling me it will be sorted in 14 days. 9 months later how far forward am I absolutely NONE. VERY ANNOYED

★★☆☆☆ Been shopping at Morrison's for as long as I can remember and now a More card is required for any in store offers. When I try to register on website or app it says my email is already associated to an account (which it isn't) and when requesting a password reset no email is sent. Sorry but I tried to share my data with you and continue shopping with you, but I give up, will have to stick to Aldi across the road.
