You need to be quick once you have a valuation. I had to wait for a V5 document, and this took a few days with the change in registration. My valuation dropped a couple of hundred pounds. Make sure you are ready to go. Otherwise, up until it is going on sale, it's been easy.

Great car. My father has not been able to drive for 6 months now. I have put 12 months mot on it this morning. Rear passenger lens broken. I have tried to describe in photos. Slight scratch on drivers side reported caused by a bloody shopping trolley in windy weather! I'm sure it could be polished out. Advisories from mot this morning state that because car hasn't been used for a while it has tire problems. Really low mileage and well cared for by one owner. Thank you

I have sold two cars through Freeway in the past. Always thought it was easy and valuation was very good. But my experience with freeway has now changed this week. I did a valuation 2 weeks ago. They claim they have 5000 local buyers but on my 23 plate Ford focus I had 2 offers, both extremely low offers which was £1k less than the estimate. Just to update. I used car wow. Similar setup but I sold and agreed a price that was £2k more than what freeway offered me which is quite a difference

Worst thing I had to do in my life, it is so hard to take pictures of your car, my car is totally a different shape that the outlines that are supposed to help you take the pictures, it takes ages to take them pictures

What a pain. I've already taken all the photos I need to take, why are you forcing me to take new ones instead of using the ones I already have? Stupid system, I'll sell it elsewhere
