We have a big problem here in Colorado with people cutting off and stealing expensive bike from honest hard-working people I get that rough to live in Colorado no I'm not rich, and I can say I'm kind of less on the poor side, but I do work and I do pay for my time I'm not going to say that I'm perfect bcuz I'm far from it, I have done time here in Colorado Tempe severely for my actions that were non-violent, but I can be very violent if I share somebody stealing a $1,200 bike tht was giving 2 me

In Portland Maine, no bikes unlock, flat tires, if you do manage to get one unlocked you can't return bikes, so rentals just stay active.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS App. The system never detected that I return a bike. Soo after "10 days of rental" they are charging me $1182. What I do next, trying to reach them. Impossible. They keep sending mail with a no-reply. VISA is going to cancel the payment. But I learn. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I had a very negative experience on this app. The bike lock was not working, so I couldn't properly digitally lock it, so I could not end my rental. The customer service did not get back to me in a timely manner. I would not recommend this
