The app only works for first 100m then it stop tracking my run. I suscribed

The run tracking is obviously trash.. i usually run 3 round at the park about 1km++ but this apps said that i only run about 0.5 km... Absolutely trash

I open 2 app in my hp, MoveOn and JomRun plus my Samsung watch, MoveOn only record 1.89km, JomRun 3.16km and Samsung watch 3.03km. I am opening MoveOn and JomRun as background, I hold my hp on hand so that when running I swing my hand in order can let MoveOn capture my movement. As result, still this app suck, how can it be different so much.
