You can't stop the count-down. It looks like you completed the workout 100%, all the time. Even if you did not. Telenav you could stop the timer, and you could record exactly how many seconds you did something. Telenav gave 3 or 5 seconds to get ready for next exercise. Move Health does not. It immediately starts with the countdown. Telenav started to count from 1 up towards 20 or 30. Move Health counts backwards... Telenav was more user-friendly.

Useless, physio spent whole session setting up and updated exercises. Cost me $100 of physio time as she used our whole session to set up with video. Used it once. Next time, the phone booted up no longer any access. DON'T RECOMMEND
