★★★★★ Would be nice if you add realtime transport location, like in MeinHalle Unterwegs. But still, this is the app with the best UX and UI for traveling in Halle. Thank you for your work!

★★☆☆☆ One of the most awful app that I have ever experienced. Apart from stupid problems stemmed from wrong app's coding over subscribing a ticket, it always faces an error to load the booked ticket page & I can't use my semester ticket practically coz loading booked ticket ain't possible & finally ends up to running out time & logging out automatically my account. Such a garbage app is a dead loss, must be removed from Google list cos doesn't have necessary infrastructure & capacity for high demands!

★★☆☆☆ I hate this godforsaken app. It keeps bugging around and struggles to log me in. All I get from attempting to even use the HAVAG login is a timeout window. I can't go to my University classes without having to use this annoying piece of junk. I had to pay my own money despite having bought tickets for my semester. All it has is a pretty UI and a terrible user experience. PS: This is my very first negative review of an app. That is how bad my user experience was.
