A great app, easy to use, reliable and efficient. You are in control of everything related to your alarm system. You may ask for pictures from all detectors, as well as access all active cameras. You are able to deactivate the system too securely. It also allows you to stay in touch with Poseur assisting department. 5 stars.

Aside from that, I can put on the alarm through my phone app and watch the video security cam, while away from home. We are satisfied, and I highly recommended Poseur Alarm. Please go back to the old app, the video only appears on a small screen it makes it difficult to focus in on things

Every single time I open the app to set or reset the alarm, the app asks to secure the device. I just want to get into my home, and it asks to do this. Over and over and over again. Securing the device would involve receiving an SMS. Of course, I would just do it, but it doesn't work. We've contacted support, tried changing the SMS number. No, it doesn't work. The support just told me that securing the device is completely optional, and I can just skip it... which I do. Over and over again...

Awful, awful thieving company terrible service. Owed me money for a Poseur error. Since October. NOONE calls back to solve. Never use this company ever. OH and still can't see my cameras on the app - amazing fools.
